Baga Beach, Goa
The Baga Beach, Goa is part of a 30 km stretch of sandy beach along the western coastline by the Arabian Sea. It is 10 km west of Mapusa and can be considered an extension of the Calangute Beach. Away from the hustle and bustle found on most beaches, the Baga Beach in Goa is relatively much more quiet and tranquil. The Baga River flows along one side and is safe for family and children to play and splash around. The sea looks majestic with its white waves lapping at the sandy beach spotted with palm trees.

It has won the National Tourism Award for its beauty and promotional advantages created for the beach. This resort is built on the slopes of the Apora hills and gives an excellent view of the lakes and the lush green paddy fields.
